Andrew Cotton FCIH

Consultant 

Andrew has worked in social housing for local authorities and housing associations for over 20 years. Andrew is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Housing and a qualified Lean Six Sigma practitioner with over seven years’ experience as a Chief Housing Officer for district and borough councils. Andrew is currently acting as Principle Accountable Person (Building Safety Act 2022) for a London Borough, as well as being responsible for all asset management functions of the 15,000-unit HRA, including compliance, capital works, and responsive repairs. In this role, Andrew took lead responsibility for regulatory inspection preparation, leading to the award of a C1 rating.

Julie Martin
 

Consultant

Julie has worked in asset management in the not for profit and public sector for over 40 years. Julie has held senior positions in the housing sector across public and charitable housing providers. 

Julie is a qualified Building Surveyor, with additional qualifications in Health and Safety. Julie has recently finished a project taking strategic lead on M&E and Compliance, including ensuring Awaab’s Law compliance for a London Borough.  

 

Craig Spence 
 

Consultant 

Craig is a member of the Chartered Institute of Housing and is a qualified PRINCE2 project manager. Craig has worked within the public sector for the last 14 years and has held several senior positions for Borough and District Councils, including Chief Housing Officer, and has provided successful consultancy across the Midlands and London. Craig has undertaken several reviews of compliance processes and KPIs for landlords with significant stock numbers, including PCFRA and PEEP governance, KPIs and process and led on the significant procurement of social housing stock enabling the drawdown of £77M GLA grant funding.
